Philippians 4:8 (ESV) – Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.

Galatians 5:22-23 (ESV) – But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

Micah 6:8 (ESV) – He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord  require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

2 Peter 1:5-7 (ESV) – For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love.

Luke 6:32-42 (ESV) – “If you love those who love you, what benefit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who do good to you, what benefit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. And if you lend to those from whom you expect to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, to get back the same amount. But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, for he is kind to the ungrateful and the evil. Proverbs 23:23 (ESV) – Buy truth, and do not sell it; buy wisdom, instruction, and understanding.

1 Timothy 4:8 (ESV) – For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.
