Running with scissors since 1970-something... Stay whimsical. Be incredible. It's your story.

If you’re an avid collector like me, or junk collector as my wife calls it, then you’re always looking for creative ways to display your treasures. Just setting them on a shelf can lack appeal and waste a lot of space. A vintage camera looks fine sitting there all alone, but looks great when displayed on natural wood and surrounded by actual antique photos (see idea below). Your collectables can come alive with a little imagination and without spending a lot of money.  After all, you’ll need that cash to buy more junk!

My 1/25 scale "junkyard" '77 Pacer model... Nicknamed because it arrived so damaged (a dozen+ broken pieces) in the mail that I built it wrecked. Gave it the "crashed" feel using a rotary tool, rust-colored paint, glue, and scenery materials.

Plastic cases for collectables are a great way to display your LEGO builds—they look great and keeps the dust away! I also like adding some other elements to bring flare and grab some attention.
